Who doesn’t love a good cup of tea and a cupcake?!!! At the moment my favourite Saturday and Sunday afternoon ritual is to go to a cupcake store called Poppy cakes with my son and eat a red velvet cake. These New York style cupcakes have the most lightest sponge and icing that melts in your mouth.
Cupcake always seem to taste even more delicious when they are beautifully decorated! Like pieces of edible art….or delightful ‘morsels of art’- there is certainly nothing better than a good cupcake!
