Yes you all know how much I LOVE Lover the Label- how I am truly obsessed and have been for a good 7 years! During my week at Fashion Week I wore a great deal of Lover and posted pics on Instagram- funny enough many of the pieces I wore I have owned for years and years. They really are investment pieces- such stunning classic pieces of work that never date. I talk about my collection as if it is like collecting art- because it really is….they are timeless pieces of art! Not only look amazing but they surpass all fast trends and always look good at any special occasion that I need to attend. So please enjoy some of the pieces I have worn lately…Lover in my opinion will always be one of (if not THE) Finest Australian designers around!

With most collections there is often a theme or story being conveyed by the designer. All elements of a show really contribute to a theme. The collection, accessories, makeup and hair, music and setting are altogether collectively important. We love the plaits at both Alice McCall and at Blesse’d Are The Meek- the hair was so striking it definitely played a huge role in the overall style of the shows.
At Blesse’d Are The Meek- Hair Director Todd Arndt for Pureology created an ‘edgy version of the braid but with soft, wearable elements through the wispy finish’. We loved the overall look especially with the amazing splashes of purple and lace seen on the catwalk at Blesse’d Are The Meek.
