What is it that I love so much about vintage clothing you may ask? The fact that someone has worn and loved a piece of clothing before I have! I just love to imagine who may have worn it…almost conjure up stories about the previous owner…What was their name? Where did they come from? Were they an artist, ballerina or famous actress???I also love the attention to detail and amazing tailoring of so many pieces from the past! So often we seen inspiration from the past on many of today’s runways!

Dear Golden Vintage is a divine store I love to visit when I am not working on Style MILK. It truly is a treasure trove of delights! Each piece has been hand selected and cared for so lovingly! I wish I had found the 1930s Mindinette Dress (as pictured above) before it became reserved!!! You have to be so quick when you see something you love as the clothing is so beautiful it often sells so quickly!
OH my goodness how divine are all the shoes and bags!!! I love the little bow details on the shoes and who doesn’t love a good clutch!!! If you have a favourite piece from Dear Golden- Please share!!!!
Watch out for a Wednesday ‘Love What you are wearing’ post coming soon featuring the style of Lauren the gorgeous owner behind Dear Golden!
Until then I will be vintage shopping x

Happy Easter everyone!!! I hope you are having a wonderful time with your families! There is nothing better than spending time with your loved ones! Easter really is a special time!
My family and I are going away for Easter and like many Australians we will be searching for our chocolate eggs at the beach and truly enjoying being able to spend time together!!!
Leading up to Easter I searched through Etsy and Made to find some lovely Easter cards and gifts! I just love HANDMADE!!! I love to look at the amazing creations by so many talented artists! I can seriously spend hours on these handmade sites!!! I did find some gorgeous cards on Etsy (but was a little late placing my order being the unorganised mother I am at the moments!).The designs pictured above are created by Etsy artist Monkey Mind Design I love them! I think they are so fresh and sleek in design!! There are also card designs available for a great variety of events and other celebrations (which I promise to be more organised when placing orders) and will be featuring more of her work and other Etsy artists in coming weeks!!
Ohhh I HEART COMMENTS: What Easter craft projects have you been working on with your Stylistas? I would love to hear about them please leave a comment in the box below x

This Happy Valentine’s day we are so proud to present the wonderful Printspace.
Mara Girling and Nicholas Girling are the illustrators and graphic artists behind Printspace. Based in Melbourne, Australia. They love “Danish design, mid-century homes, architecture and furniture, textile design, vintage kitchenware, Inspired by the likes of: Paul Rand, Saul Bass, Alain Gree, Robin Boyd, Wim Crouwel, Lucienne Day, Miroslav Sasek and Charley Harper”.
As described on their website: “Printspace is a range of bold, unique and quirky artwork produced on fine quality archival art paper. The art prints are created by combining hand drawn elements, digital art and collage”.
I first saw Printspace a few years ago on Etsy and fell in love with their delightful prints. Their use of colour is amazing… the cute little creatures stole my heart! One of our all time favourite piece is Bird stack. Just perfect for the baby’s nursery or childrens bedroom!
JUST love this store! Watch this space! More Printspace to come!

There is nothing better than handmade products! I must admit I have an absolute obsession with Etsy and Made it. Last christmas I made these cards cutting out snowflakes with shimmer paper and transparent white pinstriped paper and then tying a red ribbon around for contrast! So easy to do yet I feel handmade cards have much more meaning then a printed one!
